Neeti Anand

Anand has spent her career in infrastructure asset management and project finance. From 2018 to 2024, she was a Director at DIF Capital Partners, where she managed the financial and operational performance of a portfolio of infrastructure assets across the UK, Ireland and Europe.

 

Before that, she spent more than eleven years at Carillion, rising to Associate Director within the group’s in-house private equity team. There, she specialised in raising private finance for public-private partnership (PPP/PFI) schemes, leading commercial strategy, financial modelling, due diligence coordination and negotiations with lenders and equity partners.

This depth of experience in structuring, financing and governing complex infrastructure assets underpins her work at Sazy Capital, where disciplined capital allocation and long-term partnership management are central.

Immediately prior to joining Sazy Capital, she served as Commercial Investment Director at Robertson Capital Projects (part of the Robertson Group), focusing on capital project investment, estate regeneration and funding solutions for public and private sector partners.

Anand is highly active in philanthropy. She joined the board of trustees of Dig Deep (Africa) in 2023 and was appointed Treasurer and Chair of the Finance & Governance Committee in 2024. Dig Deep is a UK-registered NGO that improves access to water, sanitation and hygiene in rural communities in Bomet County, Kenya. She applies her infrastructure and financial governance expertise to support the charity’s work.
