Serhat Cecen is an accomplished investment professional with extensive global experience in infrastructure, energy, and real estate development.

A graduate of Bentley University in Massachusetts, USA with a degree in Management and International Finance, Serhat is a shareholder of IC Investment Holding, where he played a pivotal role in delivering large-scale Build-Operate-Transfer and Public-Private Partnership projects.

Notable achievements include the strategic financing and construction of the Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge (the 3rd İstanbul Bosphorus Bridge) and the development of a 425 MW renewable energy portfolio in partnership with the EBRD.

Since relocating to London, Serhat founded Sazy Capital Holdings as his primary investment vehicle, under which he established New Richmond Developments to deliver bespoke luxury residential projects across the prestigious Wentworth Estate and Central London. A dedicated philanthropist, he serves as a member of both the IC Foundation and the Quintessentially Foundation, supporting educational and social initiatives globally.
